We cultivate our olive groves at the most southern part of Mani peninsula, South of Sparta

using sustainable and organic methods. At the appropriate time of the year the olive fruit

is selected and processed at the mill within a few hours so we can have the best possible

product.

With an acidity lower than 0.5 and the unique fruity and spicy taste that only Koroneiki

variety can give, we preserve our EVOO in ideal conditions until the bottling and

distribution.
